Estimate your mortgage early repayment charges over five years. Enter your balance, repayment type and annual ERC percentages to see the cost of leaving at the start of each year.
Early repayment charge calculator
An early repayment charge (ERC) is usually a percentage of the mortgage balance you repay. Use this calculator to explore what that could mean in pounds at the start of each of the next five years.
Enter your outstanding balance and choose repayment or interest-only. For repayment mortgages, enter your remaining mortgage term and interest rate so the estimates reflect a reducing balance. You can change all five annual ERC percentages, including setting a year to 0%.
